Housecure removes the stress and mitigates the risks of buying and selling a home. With 1 in 4 property transactions collapsing, our mission is to bring more transparency, integrity and efficiency to the market. Our free, easy to use platform helps gather information about buyers and vendors, creates a bespoke profile in which they build commitment to the deal and provides personalised recommendations on how to improve (e.g. reservation agreement, proving affordability, document collection). As typically the biggest purchase in someone’s life, we qualify your buyers and vendors for a fast, smooth and more secure transaction.

Reviews
HousecureProtect is completely free for agents to use. The buyer and vendor pay £250 inc. VAT on successful completion of the transaction, of which agents keep £100.
Setup / Onboarding
Our digital reservation agreement solution is live and ready to be used instantly. However, we offer agents a 30 minute virtual call to introduce ourselves, answer any questions they may have and lock-in their commission tracking.
Training & Support
HousecureProtect is so easy to use that an agent could do it without ever talking to us! However, to show you how to use the product and get the most value out of it, we recommend booking a short call with us. We will use this call to set up your commission tracking, too, so you get paid for every deal!
