Over the next 3 years houzen’s solutions have proven to be 2-3x faster than the rest of the market, and produced 10-18% higher rental and sales offers than the local market standard.

Other AI tools developed by houzen include a Sustainability Index and the availability of Sustainability Reports for property owners, big and small, as well as a new action-based Refurbishment Report created by Computer Vision AI which first analyses property’s pictures and description, and then finalised by houzen’s Refurbishment Analysts, who add specific cost calculations, and refer best service providers to complete the project for you.
