Connor was helping me with problems from when we transferred from Payprop - the instruction we received when we transferred to Openview was very poor both for the accounting and the property system. I had managed to input initial rents and deposits twice and I needed assistance with balancing my bank balances.
We would say that the instruction when we transferred was very poor but the support we have received has been very good. We are still having a few teething problems but we are working through these.

Having transferred Openview we have found the new software easy to use and very capable and the service from all the guys at VTUK is always fantastic

Been with VTUK for nearly 6 years, great system and great support. It has benefited my lettings agency through all our systems. Wouldn't be without it.

Currently in the process of nearly becoming live with the software. Just completed our days training with Simon which was very informative. All the guys (to mention Simon Hook and Tim Bunce especially) are lovely and so helpful and easy to get on with. Looking forward to going live as I just know it is going to make life so much easier and efficient for our business.

As a company we have been using VTUK’s software for more years than I can remember. The system is very comprehensive and I must say that the support network is excellent....No problem or stupid question is ever a problem for them.

I wouldn't know what I would do without it now. Simon came over for a training day and he was very friendly and helpful with any questions we asked. The support staff is very helpful and always on the other end of the phone.

We have been using VTUK's lettings and management package since 2004 and, quite frankly, would be lost without it! Great value - and absolutely first class support and backup. On the rare occasions that we do have an issue, it is always swiftly resolved. They (the support team) are all, in our experience, highly proficient - and very personable. Highly recommended.

When our company was looking for market leading software to enable our Lettings and Management business to scale we were delighted to have found VTUK. Excellent ongoing support from the team, to ensure the software which is continually evolving is up and running on a day to day basis. The decision to move to Openview for the launch of our sales proposition, having researched the market, has proved successful following the smooth implementation and we now look forward to this software developing in the future.

I've been a client for a while now and it's important to highlight a company not only on the first experience of using them but also during. VTUK have a team that works in perfect harmony with my property management department. Any issues I've had (which hasn't been many!) have always been dealt with swiftly by the support team. I must also say that's it's comforting using a service supplier that works with you whilst you scale up, I've come across many providers that just aren't capable of this but VTUK have supported us not just with software but also helping to keep us compliant as we've grown. Top marks from myself and the team here at RPS and I thought it was worth shouting about, even after all of these years!

The letting system is a great system once you get to grips with it. It can be complicated to get simple information but the support team are always very helpful when you call them.
