Our LAUNCH Program will take you through a detailed 4-week setup process where you will add in your historical data, set up all the bits and bobs needed, and complete our comprehensive training designed to keep you and your team engaged. We will meet weekly to check your progress and guide you through new ‘homework’ to complete. By the end of Lifesycle’s LAUNCH Program, you and your team are using Lifesycle daily and ready to look towards the future and start your journey with our Elite Performance Coaches and our Innovation & Growth Programme.

Training & Support

Lifesycle’s Launch Programme . We welcome you, unlike any other software in the industry. Our LAUNCH Programme will take you through a detailed 4-week setup process where you will add in your historical data, set up all the bits and bobs needed and complete a comprehensive online training designed to keep you and your team engaged. 

We will meet weekly to check your progress and guide you through new ‘homework’ to complete. By the end of Lifesycle’s LAUNCH Programme, you and your team are using Lifesycle daily and you are ready to start the Velocity Programme - a custom live training programme designed for your team with weekly calls with you to check on your team’s progress. 

Once you and your team are Lifesycle gurus, you will start your journey with our Elite Performance Coaches and our Core Performance Programme Mastery and Velocity . Designed to assist you through the onboarding and training process, The Lifesycle Mastery Progamme has been specifically curated into small modules, that can be individually completed, when time permits. 

We aim to vastly improve your productivity and efficiency as you discover a smart way of working. Once you have completed The Lifesycle Mastery Programme, and have Launched your account, our expert trainer will get to work designing a custom programme for just your team. This programme will include live in-depth trainings for each of your team all dependent on what they do, and will offer you weekly check ins to be sure everyone is on track.

Core Performance Programme: . This programme is designed to help estate agents like you unlock the full potential of Lifesycle, guiding you through a structured six month journey with our qualified Elite Performance Coaches. It’s not just about learning software. This is about transforming your business by embedding strategic thinking into your day-to-day practices.

How Does It Work? You’ll work one to one focusing on the six key pillars that drive estate agency success. The programme follows a proven process, ensuring you don’t just use Lifesycle, you maximise it. Your journey begins with an in-depth strategy session, where we take a deep dive into where your business is today and where you want to take it. This session sets the foundation for the next six months, aligning your business vision with the capabilities of Lifesycle.
