The team at Intouch deliver such a outstanding service from the enquiry through to the installation. I have to thank Steve for all his help and knowledge, also Deborah Manley our graphic designer who has been phenomenal throughout working with our business partners quite simply a FIVE star service.

All went to plan. Good pre sale communication that followed through the purchase and install service. Set up and design of displays seamless and all good so far.

We contacted Intouchdisplays after seeing their display advertised in another estate agency. We heard straight back from them, answering all of our questions and providing a comprehensive quote. Their attention to detail stood out over the other quotes we had sourced and their attentiveness to our questions gave us confidence that they were the ones for us to proceed with. The install was quick and straight forward; we have two portrait displays. The versatility of the online portal is great, we can add imagery/videos so easily, which allows us to add relevant & current adverts in live time. For example, we currently have our colleagues 60th birthday wishes displayed on the screen, we had a news story relating to interests rates and so on. We needed assistance at first to use the portal and we were helped along the way with the offer of further assistance if needed. We are so happy with them that we are looking at getting an additional two landscape displays int he future.

Great service from the team at InTouch. Steve is brilliant. When I contacted him about a feature I think would be beneficial for the site, he added it for me immediately! We are regularly kept up to date with different seasonal images for us to choose and it is a very easy platform to use. If I have ever had any problems, the team have been right on it and had it solved the same day.

I initially spoke with Steve who was fantastic in understanding our requirements for our new office in West Hampstead in September 23. Deborah was very quick and efficient in updating the software on set up and since. The two fitters (I cant remember their names) were also very knowledgeable. The whole company seems to have great communication to make the business work! I have recommended InTouch to the entire Winkworth group. You will not be disappointed if you wish to use them!

The whole team are so helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble. The design team provide regular smart graphics that make us stand out on the high street.

Excellent service and a fantastic product. The sales process is super easy, product is amazing and the ongoing support is not only cost effective but very user friendly. We use the screens to advertise local community events and nothing is too much trouble for the graphic design team to make the various event adverts fit the screens. The portal is really simple to use and I literally cannot fault a thing about their service! Keep it up!

The screen has been a huge success for us, it looks neat in the window, takes very little looking after, it attracts more attention than having a static painting displayed, and also means we can give the passing public much more information about what we do and what we have in the gallery.
The monthly cost is minimal and the support we get is superb. Deborah, who designs the screen slides is fantastic, I send images and basic information over via email and within a few hours the slides are ready and once approved are uploaded to the screen.
Any changes or new slides are always done quickly, and we have never had any issues with the service provided.

The level of service was excellent from the initial call to installation and the quality of the product is outstanding.
