Our pricing model is simple. You can carry out as many inventory, check-in inventory, interim visit, check-out and right to rent reports as you wish against each property you subscribe too. Carry out as many reports as you like against each property. There’s no charge for the number of reports you create whatsoever. You can setup 8 separate branches, each with their own report brands and as many users as you like too. Also, there’s no extra photo gallery storage costs with any of our plans. The price plans don’t jump much with upgrades either. We’re ground-breaking on pricing – especially considering our end-to-end paperless process.
Setup / Onboarding
Onboarding timings really depend upon your training requirements and the nature of the portfolio. We already work with large letting agency networks, franchises, independents and majority of the UKs leading BtR providers - so we're experienced at tailoring the onboarding process to suit your needs. What's more, we'll even handle the heavy lifting where property data file imports are concerned. This means our onboarding process is as quick as the information you provide us with!
Training & Support
We all learn in different ways, some prefer visual written guides, whilst others prefer personal screenshare demonstrations. We recognise this and deliver training by listening to your needs - not what we think you want to hear.
