As an agent it is very time consuming to notify utilities when a tenant moves in or out and with GDPR, the utility companies are not as helpful back as they used to be. Just Move In take away the endless hours waiting on hold as well as notifying water and council tax.
There is always someone on the end of the phone to explain and help if we need it. Fabulous customer service.

Just Move In have been incredible at helping present us in a professional light to our tenants while at the same time helping to take care of nightmare of dealing with the utility companies in the background to get everything properly setup. They have been wonderfully patient helping us resolve utility company misbilling's and errors. The amount of services they can help with is second to none, having offering this service to all our clients I have also used this myself recently and it really did take the pressure off the long list of people I had to contact. I've spoke to a few people but all have been absolutely amazing, pleasant telephone manner. Tremendous service.

Having used a number of switching agents over the years we never seemed to quite get away from the hassle of utility bills to incorrect readings and dates. JMI works to the point I can hardly recall spending any time sorting utilities.

Prior to using Just Move In we had always struggled with the annoyance of changing over utility suppliers for a new tenancy. Waiting on hold for hours and then it still not being sorted and having to ring back. It was taking hours of our property managers week which could have been much better utilized in supporting our landlords and tenants during the tenancy term. Its a really smooth service you wouldn't even notice that its all happening behind the scenes as they only need limited information from you to process everything. I personally have been able to build the management side of the business with this as an addition to the service with no expenditure. The feedback from our tenants has been really good as they have always had the same issues with us over hold times to utility suppliers. They have gone on to just move in again even when they have moved through another agency.
