We jumped on a session with Simon and he helped look at what was working & what wasn’t in our tech stack.

Straight away we were able to come up with an actionable plan of how to improve things going forwards. I feel much more comfortable now that we’ve got a solid tech strategy rather than sometimes in the past adding suppliers to just serve a niche purpose without how it fits into the overall mix.
From an immediate ROI point of view there, with just a few conversations with a prospective supplier Simon was able to save us an extra £1,560 over the two year contract which in itself more than pays for our Kerfuffle membership, just with this one deal.

So much as it pains me to have to put up with the glare of the excessive pink merch he wears I’ll put up for that if he can get us more of those deals going forwards.

It’s just nice to have someone who you know is genuinely in your corner defending the businesses best interests
