We was recommended to use Keyzapp by an estate agent we know, firstly we had a zoom meeting where they went through everything with us. Once we agreed what we needed, soon after the stock was delivered and we were given a run though in person.
I can not recommend the Keyzapp crew highly enough, excellent communication, quick delivery and the online and telephone help and been really good.

We've been using Keyzapp for 6 months and it's made tracking our keys so much easier - especially compared to just using our CRM on its own.

It's great that Keyzapp connects to our other software and keeps our properties in sync. We're already on our second CRM integration, as we've just moved to Street. The Street integration is even better than what we had before as it makes it so easy to move from reviewing our keys in Keyzapp back to Street's property record in one click.

The Keyzapp team were really helpful both in setting the system up- especially adapting our new agency branding into a bespoke fob for us. More recently, they made the transition between the integrations really straightforward and easy.

I'd definitely recommend Keyzapp for anyone who wants to make their key process painless.

Tim at Keyzapp is extremely helpful. We were having problems with keys not being signed out properly and he set up a call with us straight away and gave u various options to help with this. The team and management are very impressed with what we were shown and have found a vast difference in how keys are being managed.

We have been using Keyzapp for the past few months in our properties and it has been very helpful.
