18% plus vat of candidates annual basic salary (subject to a minimum fee of £3000 whichever the greater) Fee subject to candidates suitability and provides a 12 week sliding rebate structure to enable clients to satisfy themselves as to the suitability of new recruits before full payment due.

- We believe that to achieve the highest level of accuracy, with long term retention we must comprehensively understand our clients business model, culture, and opportunity in as much detail as possible, coupled with an in depth understanding of the behaviours our clients require for the role they are looking to fill.
- We conduct a strict registration process, starting with a telephone screening interview followed by an hour-long face to face interview. The interview is both challenging and revealing, enabling us to provide our clients with an honest account of their experience and skills. Additionally, we verify candidate’s identity by obtaining copies of passports, driving licence and NI details.
- Many of our candidates are recommended by our candidates and clients. In most cases we obtain exclusivity on attendance, therefore our candidates are unlikely to be the ones circulating via other agencies and generally a higher standard having passed our interview process.
- Over 60% of our clients have continued to use us since commencement in 2000
- Over 96% of business generated over the past 10 years has come from repeat business from our existing clients.
