Emily and the team at LetMojo have been thorough and prompt with all of our referencing needs. Hoods Residential is a student specialist agent in Surrey, meaning we have demand that is governed by season: Almost all of our references take place between November and February and almost all of our student tenants use guarantors. Across a stock of 60 properties we need references for 450-500 individual parties each year. We have been thrilled with LetMojo who we have been using for a few months now. The reference time turnaround is really fast and they are so good at keeping you updated. The customer service is great - they are easy to reach and very responsive. Tenants seem to be able to navigate their application process with no problems, which we have found has been an issue with other reference providers, and the reports are comprehensive and well formatted.
