The whole thing just works!
Our team at Moneypenny is wonderful, they truly work to help us every step of the way and have the friendliest tone - the way they engage with customers is brilliant. They handle any calls our own team are unable to answer, providing critical support in the evenings and at weekends. They also manage all of our website chats, meaning customers can contact us however they choose, at any time of day. By giving them this option, we’ve seen an increase in valuation requests. I simply love the service, the whole thing just works!
Huge help with Sales Progression
Sales progression is never easy or straight forward, this service really helps and does keep things on track. The Hoowla systems for updates is also a great piece of software.

Moneypenny manages calls and live chat for our multiple branches. They have a dedicated property team, so knowing that they’re so experienced within the industry is so reassuring - our Live Chat agent, Tracey, is even a former estate agent. Another important factor for us is that it’s real people handling enquiries, and with Live Chat particularly, we’ve found this allows customers to trust and interact with us even more, ultimately increasing leads. We’ve used other providers in the past, but the clear difference in quality is remarkable.

Perfect for us
Many times have callers said "I spoke to your colleague earlier", thinking they spoke to someone in our back office rather than an employee of a totally different company: makes us seem a larger outfit than we actually are, and it seems people would much prefer to speak to a human than to an answering machine. Not a bad word to say about Moneypenny to date!
