There are two ways to join Mr and Mrs Clarke:
Franchise Model: You buy the exclusive rights to operate a sales and lettings agency in a territory. The territory can be one postcode or a whole county. There is a franchise fee payable depending on the size of the territory. This ranges from £2.5k to £12.5k.
- £495+VAT Monthly Support Fee
- You take 75% of the commission you charge clients
- Access to a £12.5k Mr and Mrs Clarke loan
Associate Franchise Model: There is NO JOINING FEE. You can be running a sales and lettings agency in your local area.
- £495+VAT Monthly Support Fee
- You take 60% of the commission you charge clients

Setup / Onboarding
You can be up and running your own discerningly different estate agency in a matter of days.
Training & Support
We provide you with a variety of support to suit your needs. If you are a seasoned agent then we can assist you with marketing support and help with your social media. If you are new to the industry we provide you with training materials so you can progress to an industry qualification, as well as providing you with a rich learning resource on The Network. We host weekly training sessions and invite a range of speakers to visit us as well as hosting regular get-togethers to build and develop our wonderful culture.
