The inventory clerk picked up on many issues, and they were flexible enough to update the report when I sent photos of several issues they missed. But they reported that my house was clean to 'a good domestic clean' level - but there were grubby marks all over the counter tops, a pubic hair on the counter top, stains on the sink, etc. No Letting Go refused to update the inventory report - so I ended up paying for a report that was (in large part, if not completely) misleading.
