We are always looking for ways to simplify the process for our sellers and buyers and Covid 19 has encouraged us to do that even more. The Offr technology will bring us greater engagement with our website and for the first time will make it a transactional website. This was a bit daunting at first but the added personal touch is second to none. Where I can deliver a live auction broadcast or a live viewing facility, this only enhances the offering to my customer, whose expectations are at a much higher level than pre Covid 19.

In today’s connected age, offering prospective buyers the ability to place offers online is a game changer. Vendors and agents have sight of all offers placed with the respective conditions of each buyer. This allows both parties to make a better informed decision on the best course of action!

We were unsure how business would continue during Covid-19. How would this new normal work? Would customers buy properties online, end to end? We trialled our first Auction with Offr during this time and the sale was a huge success. The Offr team was there on hand the whole time ensuring that everything went smoothly.
