Terrible
On The Market have been partnering with lots of independent suppliers and coming up with new offerings for their agency clients. But there are a few things that they've got very, very wrong.
Specifically the val+ service that we signed up. An extra cost for access (non exclusive) to 'qualified' leads - supposedly warmed up by highly trained staff. Once suitably warmed up, they get handed over at an additional cost.
Except they aren't warm at all.
One of the leads that we were told was ready for a call from us to book a valuation had expressly told the call centre that they didn't want a call and to not contact them again.
Value grab from OTM under the guide of value add.
They should be focusing on doing what they're supposed to do rather than offering bolt on services that either don't work or are available from independent suppliers anyway and charging agents for their own data.
Customer care is also a joke.
