Couldn't recommend Fused enough. We are a letting agent and we have been working with Fused for a number of years now and the team at Fused have always been very responsive and friendly. The new student referral system allows us to offer students the option of a bills inclusive package without the extra contractual workload we used to have and the stress of potentially charging students that use more than their energy allowance. Also a nice and simple way of making a bit of additional revenue!

Since moving over from another company to deal with our tenancy change overs, I can say that the service is a breath of fresh air. Platform is easy to use & the customer service is excellent and they want to help. Shout out to Pauline Tomaszewska who has been a star today dealing with a rather complex case and coming up with a salutation.
