As a growing agency, I was keen to automate as many processes as possible. Propoly does what it says on the tin. Carl in particular has been extremely supportive in ensuring that I was able to use the system to gain maximum advantage in time saving. For me personally, Creating the tenancy agreements automatically for each tenancy has been great.

At the start of the year our agency joined Propoly as a way to have all the elements of the rental market in one place. The software is great to use and makes tracking properties progress so easy. By having all steps from holding deposits, to referencing and contracts to even linking with TenantShop to aid with bills the whole experience has been AMAZING! Carl and his team are prompt to reply and are always on hand to help with any queries, questions and fix things whenever we have a problem. We have mainly worked alongside Carl who is a joy to be in communication with and is always happy to help. One of my favourite features is that you are also able to communicate with any of the propoly team on a web chat and the replies are always instant. The software has made a big difference to our business and automatically makes the whole process simplified and organised. “I am a broker at Agent & Homes which is a platform for property professionals to use under the self-employed model. I was doing all my own paperwork which was becoming a bit of a bore. I read about Propoly and immediately called them. Carl Thomas came to give us a demo and we hired them the very same day. I was so impressed with the system that was so intuitive you could argue that the training was barely needed. The system works beautifully, not clunky as you would expect for something so new and it flows beautifully. Carl, our guy in Propoly, is always on hand in an instant should I have any questions. I am sure that any outfit with half a brain will use this as soon as they know about it! It is slick!

To use Propoly for our tenancy progression has been an excellent move, pardon the pun, and Carl has been a superb account manager throughout the process. There have been teething problems with us getting used to the system, but Carl and his team are always on hand when needed.

If I could give Propoly 6 stars, I would! This platform is just brilliant and super easy to use and navigate. The team are also very accommodating and are always happy to help. Highly recommendable if you're thinking of tenancy progression platforms.
