PRSto has been developed to improve the renting experience for the tenant by removing any disconnect during the whole process. Through a fully digital mobile platform both tenant and agent are guided seamlessly through each stage of letting a property, from marketing and booking viewings, to referencing checks all the way through to signing the contract, it's been designed to optimise the end-to-end experience. 

Problems we solve for agents

During the rental process tenants can sometimes feel that they lose connection with the agent specifically during the referencing checks when they are passed over to a third party, there's a pause in communication and the tenant is left wondering where things have got to. The tenant will then chase up for updates and the agent is in the middle trying to find out what's happening. PRSto changes the whole dynamic of that relationship and the tenant is given the ability to access a portal to view the status of their application themselves.
