As an agency, we are always looking at ways to grow and develop the tools and systems within our business, and to support this we need to ensure we are as efficient as possible. Reapit’s AppMarket allows us to do this by allowing us to integrate lots of the PropTech that we use throughout the business.
Reapit’s AppMarket allows us to bring together the likes of Goodlord, Area and CCT into our CRM, saving us several hours with seamless integrations. Processes are made simpler for our team as AppMarket allows us to further embed them into the system. Apps are readily available to be installed, which means we have been able to integrate more of our processes at a click of a button.
With the continual improvements and innovations Reapit has made and continue to make, we are confident in the AppMarket and Agency Cloud’s ability to support us as we continue to grow as a business. All in all, the AppMarket alone has saved us lots of time and sped up our processes by reducing the need for double entry and multiple dashboards, allowing us to use that time to focus on winning more instructions and on expanding our business.
Reapit - One system - Nationwide
As one of the largest estate agency groups in Ireland, we recently started the rollout of Reapit nationwide. The power of the system is clear to all to see from the administration staff to the senior management of the group. The integration of information throughout is really progressive and we look forward to all our offices being integrated to this very powerful system.
Best CRM we've had
Whilst Reapit is quite fiddly to use, the support is good and the functionality is second to none. It integrates well with Outlook, and seems to be the industry standard. In terms of support, we have had precisely zero from other providers and Reapit are very hands on. We would not go anywhere else. Alessio in particular has been very supportive and helpful with any niggles we have had.
Excellent customer service
We have found our customer success manager Carly Sullivan to be very attentive, Carly is happy to help and provide additional support as and when required.
Great service
I find the support ticket system a bit clunky to be honest but our account manager Alex is a great support. He always calls back if we leave a message for him, we have regular zoom calls which are very informative and he is always approachable - never too much trouble and if he doesn't know the answer he will find out and then come back to us.
Reapit Review
We have been using Reapits software since 2009, it is a reliable, effective CRM system for a business with a large Franchise and Owned office network. We use all elements of the system Sales, Lettings, Client Accounts and Property Management. The system has evolved over the years and continues to do so. The organiser, diary management, pre-instruction checklists etc. help to improve efficiencies within the business. Power Reports and the MI reporting suite provide good insights into the business. Our Account manager Adam Syme provides us with great support and is always on hand to assist with queries, he also keeps us up to date on the development roadmap. The launch of the App market in recent years has allowed us to build integrations to enhance our business offering.
MMP Review
The combined lettings and sales has completely altered our business. Sometimes the system can do too much with too many options. After 3 years we are still learning but have the system setup to the way we like it. we have just had a system review with our rep and her colleague which was really useful. We have a good rep , its not the cheapest but its at the heart of our company.
Smart, Manageable and help on hand
We have used RPS now for a variety of property functions. For Sales, Lettings and Property Management. Our requirements are more niche than regular estate agents, the account manager Jo has always been very helpful in assisting us to get the best use we can out of the system. There is a wide range of support on offer to anyone with small or complex questions. There are regular updates with new functions being added and improved regularly.
Reapit CRM
No CRM is perfect and neither is Reapit, but compared to others its good value for money compared to say Alto. With the support of Mark Everett we're gradually "moulding" Reapit to our own vision and with a couple of extra functions on the day to day functions it'll end up being pretty damn good
