Josh very helpful in sorting anything out. Rello platform is a very friendly user interface and I liked being able to see the progress of the chain.

When the comments are added, only the most recent is visible. The i icon is not as obvious as an arrow. Possibly not made clear enough at start of using the system for this broker. Never had to wait for response from Rello, really pleased with people I dealt with so far. Be careful who you choose for panel solicitor.
