Unbelievable system and customer service!
We took on REX a few months back and I have to admit I am no good with IT so was very nervous of the move. From start to finish the constant problem solver, fixer, leader, resolver and out and out shining star has been Meghan.
Rex is a phenomenal bit of kit, but like anything, you need to put the time into learning how to use it. I am not up to scratch yet but my team are really coming to terms with it and getting the best out of it but none of it would be possible without Meghan.
The training videos are on hand to repeat watch if you need to but the whole support team are brilliant. I moved away from ALTO because the support was borderline non existent. REX is the opposite, not only is it leagues ahead in terms of tech but the team is just outstanding. Would highly recommend!
Complex but not Complicated
After a short demo from Mark Hinkins, it was a no brainer to switch from the CRM we used to Rex.
Having experience with tech across the Pond and Australia, I hadn't found any UK CRM that offered anywhere near Rex's functionality.
Complex in its capabilities, yet we all know that tech is only as good as its user; therefore the simple UX and ease of use is a double win.
It suits my model perfectly (self-employed partner brokerage) however if I ever decided I needed a branch, Rex would still be my no.1 choice.
Kudos to Mark and his team, with a shoutout to Meghan. Responsive and always available for advice. An extra star for the willingness to integrate and explore ideas.
Fantastic CRM &
From the very day we decided to set up our brand new agency, we have found Mark Hinkins at Rex really friendly, professional and helpful. We were using a completely different system prior to Rex, and once you embrace a change of thinking, you can really feel the long term benefits to such an innovative and progressive thinking company. We have now been using Rex for nearly 3 months and its become an integral way to our business. A CRM system that you can customise and an amazing Pocket app which you can use while out on appointments. We also used Siteloft for our website and Spoke for our social media. All integrate together and I would highly recommend them. Thanks to Meghan, Danny & Ben too. You are all great and a pleasure to deal with.
Fantastic Company
We have found the team at Siteloft a fantastic, and well organised group of people to collaborate with. Although we have been in the industry a long time, they have enabled us to get on with the many aspects of setting up a new business with a well organised development plan. We are looking forward to our launch with an integrated solution combining Rex & Siteloft. Danny was excellent from the beginning, and Meghan has been a true star throughout the build. We would highly recommend!
