If you work with Rightmove and embrace what they can offer and stop focusing on cost you can get so much more from your membership.
What other industry can say they have their target market audience all in one place. If we don’t have this, I’m confident I would spend a lot more on marketing trying to get infront of vendors and buyers.
In previous years I’ve detested what they offer, but recently I decided to move on and engage more with them and the results speak for themselves.
Yes they are expensive and yes I pay more to them per month than I do my top neg, but in the grand scheme of things, the alternative would be paper marketing, google and social media and let’s be honest if your an agent that’s been going as long as we have, we spent more in local newspapers 10 years ago then we do on rightmove and never battered an eye lid.
If we dropped rightmove I would need to pay for yearly training courses which I get free, ads on social media, google etc which to have an impact would cost a lot more than I’m paying now, I’d need to look at other ways to replace all the free features and data I currently get, and pay to source leads.
I do understand some peoples frustrations, but the alternative would cost me a lot more in time and money.
Changing my outlook has changed my business for the better.
Over Priced
Very over priced and supply no more leads than cheaper competitors

Greedy does not come into it. They do not care about any of the agent that use a service. They just care about constant price increases

Out of touch
This is a supplier with a monopoly approach and little regard for the industry in which they serve. Sadly, as a B2B they can get away with it. A B2C company with the same attitude wouldn’t last five minutes on this Earth.
Wrongmove
Dear Rightmove,
You told us that we needed you and if we gave you notice we wouldn’t have a business in 6 months time… you were arrogant, rude, condescending, down right disrespectful and totally wrong!
Best decision, financially and ethically that we made. Would give -1,000 stars if we could.
Your service is appalling, as is your attitude to your customers. You would be nothing without them so treat them better or lose them all!

Very expensive for what they offer! The BDMs have no authority prices increase massively and the overall company response is of a very arogant nature.
Stopped using awful service
Only ever contacted us to put the fees up which meant charging clients more or leaving. We chose to leave
Horrible supplier
Terrible company that unfortunately takes advantage of its market position and squeezes every agent for every penny they have. Support is non existent, value for money is shocking, they can’t keep a staff member for more than 3 months, would avoid like the plague if I could.
