Really positive
The website is really easy to use, from setting up properties to ordering services or downloading your certificates.
Safe2 keep you (and tenants if applicable) updated throughout the whole process, their communication is really superb with regular progress emails/phone calls.
Safe2 are really responsive, with a great selection of service providers.
Kept hold of money
I paid nearly £1000 deposit last year for electrical safety work and I have not heard from the company since. I have chased them to either do the work or give me a refund, but no response. I am just on with reporting to Open Rent who referred them to complain also.
