Great session

We had a great training session for negotiating by Stephen. He was friendly and made the environment feel very safe to share our experiences and thoughts, which has really taught me a lot and helped me consider new techniques to improve. Thank you!

How often do we ask for business? Well Stephen will give you the right questions to ask. I found his session very clear and have taken away precise steps to follow. Now to implement it!
