How a CRM should be in the modern day!
Having moved from Alto this has been one of the biggest upgrades we have made, the difference is night and day. It is the system I always wanted to have and what I would have designed if I was clever enough to do so! There is a constant stream of updates on almost a bi monthly basis as well which is constantly improving what is already a great CRM. From the integrations, the automations, the app and just the ease of us it really is a fantastic system that has really changed how we operate as an office. The other big upgrade for us is the customer service, with live chat never more than a minute away. Natalie in particular helped us with the move across and I couldn't fault her and the team.
The best part...all of this cost less than half of what we were paying before. Wish we would have done it sooner.
STREET has redefined the way I work!
Throughout my career I have used a variety of property CRM systems. STREET jumped out at me instantly as it was a new product to the market, and looked incredible. I enquired and was given a demo by Natalie Russell, who has been amazing from the set up to the after care! It’s a nice touch to have the same person follow my journey from setting up to going live and ultimately putting on my first properties.
STREET has redefined the way I work, I can have viewings & valuations booked directly from my website. The system has plenty of automation which helps when the phone is ringing off the hook. It’s like having a sales consultant working with me but without the cost!
Overall I love the STREET platform and if you get Natalie as your account manager, you will be well looked after!
A modern CRM with Superb Customer Service
We recently switched to Street from Jupix due to wanting a system that was capable of supporting modern day estate agency and Street so far achieving this! It is by no means a finished product and the amount of development going on constantly is refreshing and it's nice to know they are prepared to develop the CRM to what works best for their agents. Can't fault the customer service from them and the speed of responses. Highly recommend having a conversation with them if you are considering a new CRM software.

The whole team at Street have been great, if there have ever been any problems (not often) they jump straight on it and keep you updated. The always listen to our feedback, take it on board and look to make changes where necessary. Can't fault them!
Street CRM
We have been thrilled with both the software package and the team at Street. Any big change is often quite a scary prospect so something as major as moving data from one system to another was daunting. However, the transition was seamless, a large part of which was helped by the team at Street.
And, boy, what a good decision it has been. We simply haven't looked back since. The team are extremely helpful and have been really responsive to our requests and feedback.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the switch to anyone hovering on the fence.
There is no alternative!
We were immediately impressed and knew we had to have Street when we saw the launch event. It's by far the best we've used, and having had demos for many CRM's there is literally nothing as slick or as forward-thinking available. Features are constantly added and/or updated, and whilst other CRM's seem to be standing still, these guys are pushing forward.

Finally, a CRM system which is relevant to agents in the 21st century! During the first lockdown we had realised that our previous CRM was holding us back and so we decided to look around. We looked at various systems and then got wind of Street, took a look at it and it’s safe to say we have never looked back. Some of the the system features have saved us literally hours of times allowing us to focus on the ‘dollar productive’ tasks. The Street team are responsive and don’t seem to be sitting still with new features being added on a weekly basis.
Over the years, we have had two other crm systems which required trainers to visit our office but I think what is a testament to Street is that we needed little to no training. It’s clear that ‘under the hood’ there is very complex and advanced technology powering a stupidly simple interface which even my team can use!!!
