I have been using the Property Portal for over a year now and place 99% of Sellers and Buyers with them. I have built up a very close relationship with the ladies as well as the solictors I use. My service levels are equal to there as well all wants to porvide full supoprt for sellers and even more buyers who are generally forgotten about. It works well and my clients find it easy to use. I dont need to chase solictors as they update the portal and we all share notes. Wouldnt change and will continue to add as much as i can as it reduces the time of the sales down and the support is valuable to me and my clients. The system is so simple to provide quotes on and easy to use when sending to sellers and buyers.
