Valpal is a great tool for capturing contact details of potential vendors and landlords and allowing us to engage with them. No more so than in these unusual times (Coronavirus restrictions). We sent out a recent Mailchip email to our database and had over 50 ValPal leads within a few hours
The estimated values aren't always right, but through conversation with the person who has requested the instant val these can be discussed and reasoned with

As an Estate Agency Owner you are always after new listings. I noticed a review of VALPAL online and decided to ask the question. Within seconds I had Anthony Jones in contact. He was sincere and extremely tenacious for the business as I am sometimes hard to get. Based on his consistent chats and updates plus even an email update from Nat Daniels (MD) I was happy to proceed. Working with the Team it has been extremely easy even though it was the Xmas period Sahera managed to get us up live. With only a week completed one of my Listers has confirmed Instruction on our 1st lead. In a tough market place you are always after that helpful tool to assist your guys from door knocking and chasing that business. All agents have to do it but from our experience this success has just paid for our subscription and given my Guys something that potentially we would not of had the opportunity to present.

The team at ValPal have been amazing at listening to our needs. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and helpful, they are very knowledgeable. I would recommend other agencies to contact them to help with their business.

Great to deal with, we get a huge amount of leads from the service and not only are we collecting a huge amount of data we are winning a great amount of business too!!

Steph and Millie really know what they are doing. They have helped us launch and build our brand on Social Media. The knowledge they have they are happy to share, which gives us confidence when doing some elements ourselves.
