Women in Estate Agency was formed with one core mission in mind: to strive for true equality at all levels within the estate agency sector. Our Facebook group of over 4,500 women serves as a platform for our members to give and receive support, and our highly anticipated conference is attended by hundreds of women and men who form a collective voice for equality and diversity in the property industry. We also host monthly webinars, quarterly leadership training sessions, frequent regional networking events and now offer a Membership Charter for individuals and businesses to show their ongoing commitment to equality in our sector.
