A refreshing, vibrant group of people that are smart, kind and innovative. Some of the best discussions of current issues I have are on this group.

This is such a fabulous network and it crosses disciplines. Too often I think we just mix with ‘our kind’. But here I will be chatting with agents, conveyancers, insurers, solicitors – all sorts. And that is what makes it so rich.

WIRP is an excellent opportunity to speak about what is going on in the housing industry and catch up with the people in one room that are able to share best practice, top tips and discuss solutions not egos.

WIRP is an invaluable network by virtue of the fact that the membership spans the entire residential property sector; including property developers, lenders, estate agents, surveyors and of course conveyancers. With an often volatile housing market, it means that members have access to information and views which allow strategic planning such as forecasting and budgeting. It’s incredibly rewarding and insightful to sit alongside women of all ages, skills, career stages and also we have a lot of fun, which I personally feel is very important!

WIRP does such an amazing job pulling all the bits of the industry together. Just so invaluable for us as we get asked so many questions from homebuyers.

I found the event to be well organised, very interesting and full of really nice people keen to share and collaborate where appropriate but without the hard sell found at many networking events. I am looking forward to the Birmingham event and hope to bring a couple of my colleagues with me.
