Crux Careers and Moneypenny have joined forces to deliver a dynamic training day around ‘How to build a High Performing team’.

Join Crux Careers’ Steve Meade, Moneypenny’s Joanne Tattum and Leadership & Management guru, Jon Davies, to help develop your skills in performance management and conflict management, learn in depth about business culture and values, and come away with plenty of useful tools on how to communicate as a great leader. The event will be day of fun, interaction and valuable learnings for any managers, directors or business owners looking to upskill and further develop their leadership styles.

Having been subsidised by two sponsors, there are 40 tickets available on a first come, first served basis (restricted to 2 tickets per business) at a cost of £99 + VAT per delegate – rather than a general ticket price of £295 +VAT.

July 27th, Wednesday - Belton Woods Hotel and Conference Facility, Belton, Grantham, Lincs. NG32 2LN Arrival and Refreshments are from 8.45am for all venues. Prompt 9.30am start.
