Rich joined Dezrez as Head of Sales late August 2020 after 7 years establishing the Commercial Property platform at Zoopla, and more recently Partnership Director at carwow. He is a real people person and a big fan of technology, meaning working at Dezrez is a match made in heaven! Having been in the property industry for over 15 years, he brings a huge amount of experience, tenacity and success enabling him to truly understand what a customer’s needs are.
Amy Shields, head of sales at Sprift
Amy joined Sprift in early 2019 after a 16-year career as an estate agent, most notably with Romans and Davis Tate. She had a rounded agency career which grew from being a sales negotiator to 9 years managing offices. Amy is a passionate estate agent at heart with a drive to assist agents use property data to win more business and build relationships with sellers and buyers. Having an understanding of the industry has helped Amy guide agents to use property data to their full advantage helping them also save research time and reduce lengthy transactions. Amy’s desire to provide an awesome customer experience drives her role leading the Sprift sales team, providing excellent communication and customer service for the Sprift Community of estate agents.
