What is PIP?
A PIP Vault is a digital dataroom to collate, store and display property documents. Potential buyers can inspect these documents before making an offer. Opened by the estate agent on instruction, the seller, estate agent, and conveyancer when appointed, can post to the PIP Vault. The estate agent can advertise the PIP Link on their property details, website, adverts etc so the potential buyers can see the information before they offer. When the sale is agreed the site is restricted to only, estate agent, buyer, seller and their conveyancers.

3 key takeaways from the webinar:
- Simple to use
- Quicker exchanges
- Fewer fall throughs
