I’ve been lucky enough to know and work with Russell for years, and I can truly say I’ve never heard anyone else in the industry say anything other than having complete respect for him. I consider it a genuine honour to have had the opportunity to do so and see their business grow so fantastically - as well as the management team, including his son Mark, continue that path.

While he’s a formidable businessman, one of the things I’ve always loved about Russell is the care he has for his staff, and indeed those suppliers that deliver for him are unmatched. I believe a key part of Manning Stainton’s success comes from that loyalty and the way it is repaid by his teams.
