Rich joined Dezrez as the Client Director in early 2016 and took up the role of Managing Director of Dezrez Group in October 2018. He loves tech and working with people so leading a software services company is a dream come true. Prior to joining Dezrez he worked as a business consultant for BT and CGI delivering digital transformation and change programmes across multiple industries. This learning drives him to build a great company by focussing on customer service, culture and creating software that our customers love as much as we do.

Ross joined Dezrez in 2014 following time spent in the industry as a lettings agent and property manager. He also spent his time in the business transfer market helping to promote businesses to perspective buyers. Having been involved in product development prior to working for Dezrez, Ross rose steadily through the ranks of Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager and finally Head of Product as of September 2019, where he leads product strategy. His passion for attractive, simple to use products that concentrate on getting the basics right, make him the perfect complement to the company’s leading tech and make for an exciting future for the Dezrez stable of products.
