My name is Bruce Adams and I have been with HIVE for over 8 years. We are a fusion of technology and services and originally entered the industry to provide Location Information guides to buyers giving them upfront information on their prospective new homes. We have now evolved our services and are working heavily in line with the government drive for providing buyers with greater transparency.

To this end, we have developed a highly effective and unique customer journey that sees a client guided through the AML process to being legally prepared. We then present the information gathered at this early stage to provide buyers with an agent-branded Property Information and Media pack all free of charge.

Over the years I have enjoyed establishing relationships with a network of large medium and small firms and have always worked with firms to develop agent led services. We have also been RAN members for many years!

What we’ll be discussing: 
- Free HMRC compliant AML service with a risk assessment and enhanced due diligence team to remove the compliance burden from the estate agent.
- Free Property Information and Media pack for every listing to give buyers total transparency at the outset as it uses the vendor info from their “legally prepared” status and hands it upfront to buyers along with local area information.
- Increased conveyancing conversions leads to increased referral income.
