I’m the Associate Director. I’ve been with the company for 4 years. I manage operations as well as making key decisions with our MD Gordon Hazelton to keep us moving forward in the right direction to best serve our agents. I make sure that all members of the team have space to share their thoughts, ideas, and input into the decisions of the business. I hold a close relationship with our agents and assist with referencing applications where needed.

For some context, we are a sister company to Hazelton Mountford chartered insurance brokers who specialise in property insurance. Hazelton Mountford Referencing (HM Referencing) was established in 2012 when it became evident that the quality and accuracy of reference checks carried out by existing referencing providers were insufficient and unsatisfactory.
