Ben Ridgway co-founded iamproperty group with Jamie Cooke and has overseen its expansion from award-winning auction business, iamsold, into other markets over the past 10 years. Ben’s main role is to explore new opportunities and develop the business’s digital strategy, by focusing on investing in and developing technology-based solutions that allow property professionals to enhance their proposition and profitability.
David Vine, Business Development Director, has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry. Starting his career as a Negotiator, David is well versed on what it’s like to work in an Estate Agency. As Business Development Director at iamproperty David is accountable or customer acquisition strategy and supports Estate Agents across the UK in forming successful partnerships with iamproperty and iamsold.
Who are iamproperty?
iamproperty was founded by Jamie Cooke and Ben Ridgway, who in 2009 spotted a gap in the market for a property auction company that benefitted both Estate Agents and consumers. They started the now multi award-winning iamsold, pioneering the Modern Method of Auction (MMoA). 10 years later the company is now the largest residential auctioneer in the UK, employing 180 people and working with more than 2,500 Estate Agents.
