Integrated Interest, based in Chesterfield was co-founded in 2015, by Paul Force and Steven Brough.
Both have extensive experience in the property industry and in their respected areas, Paul with his design and marketing expertise and Steven with his years of software integration and development, made for the perfect partnership.
The initial spark which started the business was to be able to offer a stand-alone integration that works with the agent's email sender (platforms like MailChimp, Constant Contact, and DotDigital to name a few) and their CRM/Property Management Platform, without the lengthy contracts and unfamiliar marketing software.
Over the years the company has grown as has its offerings, with integration being at the heart of all we do. Be it sending marketing emails, automated nurturing/lead generation campaigns, virtual valuations through our iVal App, all the way through to our automated direct mail marketing for prospecting.
Everything ‘ii’ has created, and are currently developing, is aimed to give the agent an easier life by integrating and automating the marketing process. All this increases an agent's revenue, increases their efficiency, and engages their database – and in the majority of cases pays for itself in the first month.
