What we’ll be discussing
- The new mio dashboard gives Agents the data they need to identify and manage two of the biggest risks to pipeline – slow turnover and fall throughs, and it helps everyone in a branch operate more effectively.
- 2021 is going to be a challenging year. Estate Agents need to progress as many sales as possible to completion, efficiently. mio has proved that it delivers efficiency savings.
- The number of properties coming to the market may fall after the end of Stamp Duty Holiday. Competition to win new listings will be fierce. The mio consumer app is a simple way to make your business stand out from the crowd.
- Encourage the Conveyancers you refer work to, to integrate with mio. Every time the conveyancing process progresses, mio will automatically update you and your client. It doesn’t require the Conveyancer to change the way they work; it’s free of charge and integration is simple.
