We reached out to the kerfuffle community and asked them to share any inspiring stories with us to try and help spread some positivity during this difficult time. We were overwhelmed by the response and it illustrated just how amazing our industry truly is. Here are our supplier shout outs this week:

The Partnership
With the UK in full lockdown, businesses are quite rightly worried about what this means for the future of our industry. However, conveyancing firm The Partnership had very interesting news to share. Of the 150 quotes they had provided, 87 people decided to go ahead and instruct them – although this was quieter than normal, it’s still an encouraging sign. And even though exchanges are quiet, the conveyancing firm saw a higher number of cases go on hold than normal, but had NO increase in the cancellation rate, which is very positive news indeed.
TwentyEA
To help support smaller independent agents during these uncertain times, TwentyEA is offering their marketing platform, Prospect, FREE of charge from 1st April until 30th June 2021 to any high street agent with fewer than 5 branches. This means there is no monthly subscription charge or a lengthy tie in period. Agents only pay for the print and postage on the letters they send.

KPR Global
KPR has created an app to help letting agents carry on as normal as possible. So how does it work? Tenants use the self-assessment report within the app to report any changes to their property, minimising the need for agents to enter a tenant’s home during the Covid-19 outbreak. Not only does this help an agent fulfill their landlord obligations, but it also strengthens their relationship with tenants and allows them to preserve high service levels. KPR are offering the app FREE of charge to new and existing customers for the time being. The team at KPR has seen an incredible response since they launched last Friday - amazing work, guys!
If you’re an agent and a supplier has been great at supporting you in these tough times why not leave them a review to share your experiences.
