Inventory Base Wins Again at ESTAS Customer Service Awards 2023

On Friday 20th October over 1,200 suppliers, agents and industry professionals took part in the 20th annual ESTAS ceremony that relies solely on the review ratings submitted by property professionals across the sectors to determine the best suppliers in the industry based purely on the feedback of service users.
This year's results were born from a staggering 300,000 customer review ratings.
Phil Spencer, an ever-present figure at The ESTAS since its inception in 2004, eloquently stated, "There's never been a more fitting time to emphasise the pivotal role that suppliers play within the industry.
