TDS Strengthens Partnership With Goodlord, Annouces Intergration With Custodial API

Goodlord, a market leader in lettings services, has strengthened its partnership with Tenancy Deposit Scheme by integrating with the Custodial scheme, now live for Goodlord and TDS customers to use.

The partnership, which builds on the initial integration between Goodlord and TDS’s Insured Scheme API, enabling Goodlord to improve efficiency in tenancy deposit administration across all TDS schemes.

The integrations between TDS and Goodlord allow letting agents to register deposits seamlessly, eliminating manual data entry and significantly reducing the potential for errors. By automating deposit data transfer from Goodlord's lettings platform to the deposit scheme, the integrations enable letting agents to register deposits with just a click, saving valuable time. Research conducted by Goodlord shows the integration saves letting agents up to ten minutes on every tenancy.

Goodlord's lettings platform is designed to streamline the entire lettings process, consolidating key elements of tenancy progression into a single platform. By doing so, it not only saves time for letting agents but also enhances compliance and unlocks additional revenue streams.

Their dedication to improving the renting experience echoes our mission to elevate the Private Rented Sector (PRS) and streamline the lives of agents and landlords. This partnership underlines our shared values and mutual goal of driving positive change within the industry.”

Costas Frangeskou, Director of Growth at Goodlord, echoed this sentiment, saying,

"The integration with TDS API has been eagerly anticipated by many of our customers, and we're excited to deliver it to them. Deposit registration is a crucial compliance task for letting agents, and our integration with TDS not only saves time but also minimises the risk of manual errors.
