This supplier had an idea for a product that they wanted to explore with Kerfuffle.
Over a number of days, Kerfuffle worked the idea into something "more", and proposed the refined idea back to the client. Kerfuffle also suggested the client monetise the refined idea, suggesting a new revenue stream from new and existing clients.
The client was ecstatic with the idea, and Kerfuffle created a software development project plan, complete with milestones and functional specifications.
The product launched in three months, faster than previous product launches. The supplier expects the new revenue stream to form a substantial percentage of its income within twelve months.
