Overview

agentOS is an Operating System. A CRM platform that connects you, via open API, to your PropTech.

At agentOS we started life as an agent and built our software back in 2004 to help us solve our problems. You may have heard of us under our previous incarnation - LetMC. Since then we have grown and developed the software to help solve our customer's needs. We originally specialised in Lettings, Client Accounting and Property Management. Though in recent years we have moved into estate agency software and other areas. We have an open API to connect you to the PropTech that helps you run your business the way you want.

In 2019 we rebranded from LetMC to agentOS. We decided that the name agentOS was much more suitable for the company that we are today, not just a CRM but an operating system.

We are always developing and innovating to help our customers to succeed in their business and, in 2019 alone, we did 9 releases which included: 35 New Features, 105 Clients Requested Improvements, and 13 New API Connections.

Poor Support

Hi Ray, We are very sorry to read your review. Unfortunately your request went to our support team during our christmas close period. We did let all clients know about this via email, social media and google opening hours. We did however manage to resolve your issue for you as soon as we were able during this christmas closed period (which was within 24 hours). Also worth noting for future password resets that companies can reset their own staff passwords at the right user level, which everyone in your office has. We understand this can be frustrating that we were closed. However we had set in place various ways to cover this such as HelpDesk Articles and auto responders as well as making sure clients were informed.
